Inspired by the Italian artist & sculptor Alberto Giacometti, this Autumn Winter 2010-11 collection offers a long & very lean silhouette that is strikingly framed by the opulent sleeves that create a sense of dramatic contrast. Ultra-feminine this range follows Noir's signature colour theme, of course black, with a real emphasis on the detail & the fabrics used, whether that be sheer silks & frills on the sleeves or the abundant use of lace to create transparency. This detailing is also carried through to leather trousers & jackets that are embossed with sleek animal prints, whilst prints are themselves inspired by lacy smoke.
