New Designers is one of the key events where graduate talent is launched to industry each year. Split into two events, each representing a different aspect of design. Part 2, held between 6th July – 9th July covers product design, furniture design, visual communications (including graphic design and illustration) and spatial design, one year on.
The New Designers exhibition brings together over 3,500 graduates in London’s Business Design Centre, giving visitors the opportunity to embrace the fresh ideas and inspiring new work presented by the graduates. The work will incorporate interior design, fashion, furniture, multi-media, product, architecture, graphics and more.
Along with the work from the new designers, there will be a programme of talks running throughout the exhibition which will address current issues that concern design graduates and the creative industry on the whole. Contributors will include Habitat, Fashion and Textile Museum, Design Museum, V&A, Sky Creative and Cockpit Arts. This popular summer exhibition will give visitors an insight into new trends and innovative ideas from emerging creative talent.
